Michael T. Anderson Speaks at LCC and NELA Conferences

Murphy Anderson partner Michael T. Anderson addressed the AFL-CIO's Lawyers Coordinating Committee Annual Conference in May on a panel titled "New Ideas in State and Local Legislation." Michael discussed worker-friendly state and local legislation.

Michael will also speak at the National Employment Lawyers Association conference on June 22, 2012 in San Diego. Michael's talk is titled "Jamming The Radar: Appellate Arguments To A Hostile Judiciary." Michael's talk is based on legal research, writing and argument methods he has used to successfully represent unions and workers in over 20 years of experience in the federal appellate courts.
