Morgan Peck joins Murphy Anderson
Morgan Peck is an associate in our Washington office.
As a law student, Morgan interned with Southern Migrant Legal Services, where she assisted with wage-theft and employment-discrimination cases. Morgan also interned with the Immigration Team at CASA de Maryland and volunteered with Tennessee Justice for Our Neighbors at its humanitarian immigration legal clinic. Morgan served on the working group and inaugural editorial board of the Vanderbilt Social Justice Reporter. Prior to law school, Morgan was a legal rights educator with Northwest Justice Project, where she engaged in outreach with migrant farmworkers about their rights around wages and workplace safety.
After graduation, Morgan clerked for Judge Jon P. McCalla of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Prior to joining Murphy Anderson, Morgan represented survivors of domestic and gender-based violence in humanitarian immigration relief cases.
Morgan is fluent in Spanish and grew up in Maryland. Outside of work, Morgan can be found line dancing, perusing a local bookstore, and creating cross-stitch artwork.
