Wage and Hour Class Settlement Approved

Murphy Anderson PLLC and the DC Employment Justice Center announce that they have settled a wage and hour case involving unpaid wages for service employees. Under the terms of the settlement, more than 100 workers will receive payments that total approximately $400,000. Attorneys' fees and costs were approximately $300,000. Michael T. Anderson, Mark Hanna, Joni S. Jacobs and Renee Gerni worked on the case for Murphy Anderson. Art Rogers and Keira McNett worked on the case for the DC Employment Justice Center.
