Murphy Anderson Lawyers Speak at National Conferences
April 29, 2015
Melinda K. Holmes spoke about the intersection of civil rights and discrimination in the arbitration context during the Minority Caucus Meeting at the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee Conference in Philadelphia. Mindy focused on the influence of implicit bias in arbitration cases.
At the same conference, Mark Hanna moderated two panels on basic and advanced wage-and-hour legal issues, focusing on federal and state laws in both union and non-union workplaces.
Mark Hanna also recently served as an invited panelist at the 2015 ABA National Institute on Equal Employment Opportunity Law Conference in Miami. Mark presented on anti-retaliation, whistleblower and bounty programs and how those claims interact with EEO statutes.
