Murphy Anderson Announces $5.65 Million Settlement of False Claims Act Suit Against Corning, Inc.

The United States Department of Justice has settled a False Claims Act suit against Corning, Inc. for $5.65 million. The settlement resolves claims alleging violations of General Services Administration best-pricing requirements. Murphy Anderson's Mark Hanna, Ann Lugbill, and Michelle Woolley represented the Relator, or whistleblower, in the suit, along with co-counsel Christine Saverda Nielson.
