Michael T. Anderson was a featured speaker at the September 24, 2016 New York State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section Fall Meeting panel on Big Data.

His paper, When You Gaze Into the Abyss, the Abyss Gazes Into You - The Unintended Consequences of Data Analytics, argued that sophisticated analytics are a double-edged sword for employers.
