Ann Lugbill leads procurement panel at Taxpayers Against Fraud conference

Ann Lugbill was a panelist at the Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund's conference in Washington, D.C. on September 15, 2016. The panel focused on issues surrounding procurement fraud cases under the False Claims Act, including procedures around classified information, new theories of liability, and common types of procurement fraud.

Ann Lugbill is a leader in successfully prosecuting procurement fraud False Claims Act cases, including bid rigging, General Service Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule "best pricing" cases, and defective products cases both in the Department of Defense and civilian agencies such as the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
