Nicole Rubin

Nicole Rubin is an associate in our Washington, D.C. office. Prior to starting at Murphy Anderson, Nicole served as a judicial law clerk on the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Nicole graduated from Harvard Law School. During law school, Nicole worked as a student attorney for Greater Boston Legal Services. She was a lead student writing editor for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review (CRCL), lead organizer for the Harvard chapter of the People’s Parity Project, and President of the Harvard Law School Alliance for Reproductive Justice.

Nicole’s publications include Risky Business: Prenatal Substance Use and Risk of Harm Under the G2i Framework, 57 Harvard Civil Rights­-Civil Liberties L. Rev. 789 (2022), and Making Unemployment Insurance Work for Working People, 68 UCLA L. Rev. Disc. 102 (2020) (co-author).
